As a painter, Noel explores most mediums, selecting that which is best able to capture the strength or essence of the image he is seeking to share. But there are times when two dimensions are insufficient to express his true intention. These are the moments when he disappears into the studio and enters what he believes is one of the most difficult, but also most rewarding of all the artistic mediums, sculpture. Inspiration from a wide range of subjects eventually leads to casting in either bronze or composite materials, enabling a selection of his works to be available in limited editions.
